Development & Acquisition - Turkey Creek
The Auburn-Opelika MSA is the fastest growing MSA in Alabama and the 19th fastest growing MSA in the nation experiencing a 32% growth rate between 1990 and 2000. Since January 2005, the City of Opelika has announced new industry investments totaling more than $221 million.
The Auburn-Opelika MSA was named one the America’s 50 Hottest Cites for Expansions and Relocations by Expansion Management (January 2004).
Approximately 815 acres are master planned for single family residential use. The remaining 93 acres is planned for neighborhood retail, a new Smiths Station School, multifamily living and more.
