The company’s property and asset management team currently oversees a portfolio in the West Georgia – East Alabama Region of over 685,000 square feet on behalf of The Jordan Company’s portfolio and 3rd party clients. We have a licensed and accredited full service team that thoroughly understands what it takes to produce high yields and maximize profits by carefully analyzing inefficiencies and implementing new time and cost saving measures. Our objective is to improve property performance by providing the exacting service that develops and maintains satisfied tenants resulting in low turnover and cost efficiency
