Our Team

Stella has been active in the real estate industry since 1987 when she joined The Jordan Company. She has served as vice president of the company and in 1999 was named Executive Vice President with responsibility for all facets of real estate development, acquisition, operations management and brokerage.

 

Stella is a licensed Broker in Georgia and Alabama and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute.

 

Currently serves on the Development Authority of Columbus, GA, has previously served on the Board of Trustees of the Columbus Technical College, Board of Directors for the The Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce and is past Chair of the Board for The Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce.

 

She is a Cum Laude graduate of Southwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and is a graduate of Leadership Columbus.

Pete began his real estate career in 1978. He has been involved in many diverse real estate transactions through the years some of which include: apartment developments, apartment & shopping center Limited Partnership Syndications, retail developments and commercial real estate brokerage operations.

 

Pete has represented retail tenants in site selection and development in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. A few of the clients that Pete has worked with include: Wal-Mart, Roundy’s Grocery, Giant Eagle Food Markets, CVS, Walgreen’s, Cracker Barrel and Burger King. Additionally, he has assembled property and provided real estate consultation services for local professional companies needing additional sites or properties.

 

Pete is an owner/member in Jordan Hart Commercial Services, one of the regions largest commercial brokerage companies specializing exclusively in commercial real estate. His experience and expertise is utilized in the training and development of other commercial brokers. Pete is active in assisting with site development/acquisition for the company.
